i have a big ulcer in my mouth beside my lower my lip. and its painful..VERY! i have to eat slowly and brush my teeth slowly too. and its frustrating because ....i have to

* Avoid spicy and sour foods until the ulcers heal
* Regularly rinse your mouth out with warm, slightly salted water
* Apply antiseptic gel to the ulcers


stupid ulcer..its all because i accidentally bit my cheek 3 times on the exact same place.
a LOT of blood i tell you. i love spicy food and sour food. i have to avoid that and chocolate too. urgh! i hate this!!!!!
